What does maintenance cost?
Most furnace or AC tune-ups are $120 flat. If you have a larger system (one system upstairs and one downstairs, or anything unusual, call for pricing). Boiler systems are $150 flat. No trip charge applies for maintenance.
What else can you service during a maintenance visit?
We service humidifiers, indoor air quality equipment, boilers, evaporative coolers, mini split systems, and other more unusual HVAC setups. Call to verify.
How long does a tune-up take?
Most tune-ups take 90 to 180 minutes depending on the condition and amount of equipment.
How soon can you get here?
Most tune-ups are scheduled within a few days. Call if you need something sooner.
